How it works (deployment model)

Epsilos is a fully managed service (managed SaaS). Epsilos handles the entire technical side; you focus on your business.

For support and training you can reach Epsilos directly by phone and through the support system. Support and training sessions can also be delivered over remote desktop / screen sharing on platforms such as Google Meet.

Through the browser-based admin panel:

• Products, categories, brands, stock and variants

• Menus and navigation
• Theme selection (large responsive theme library, instant switching)
• Settings: company info, SMTP, payment configuration, analytics keys
• Users and roles

Typical onboarding flow

1. Free demo. Open a demo account at epsilos.com and get a personalised presentation from the team.
2. Choose a package. E-commerce or ready website, based on your needs.
3. Setup. The site can be provisioned by the Epsilos team, set up by you through the built-in setup wizard, or installed automatically by a partner hosting company from its control panel (Plesk or cPanel). Your domain is connected during this step.
4. Configure. Pick a theme, add content and products from the panel.
5. Go live. The site is published. From here on it is fully self-service.

You can connect your existing domain or register a new one through Epsilos.

Frequently asked: “Do we host the code?”

No. With the standard e-commerce and ready website packages, hosting is entirely on Epsilos. You don’t install anything on your own server and you don’t need a DevOps team. Different models exist for reseller and custom enterprise scenarios; for those, see the partner program or contact the sales team.
